Daniel Blin and his fourth consecutive victory. The Polish Ducati rider Supersport in the EURO MOTO Supersport is in a league of its own. His fan club, which had traveled to the race, celebrated him frenetically in Brno. The Yamaha contingent, featuring Dirk Geiger and Lennox Lehmann, is struggling to keep up with the leader.
“Even though it was a tough weekend where we tried a lot of things and ended up going around in circles, it was an awesome race,” said Dirk Geiger, summing up the second round of the EURO MOTO Supersport series Supersport Brno. It wasn’t quite enough for a victory lap. The Apreco-Yamaha rider missed the win by 0.051 seconds. As a result, Daniel Blin (Automarket AF Racing Team) also won the fourth race of the season. The 24-year-old Pole, who finished third overall in 2025, is thoroughly enjoying his success here. “Last year, that would have been completely impossible.”

Blins' Ducati Panigale V2 literally left the chasing pack in the dust on the straights. In the final three laps, the pole sitter and the two Germans, Dirk Geiger and Lennox Lehmann, were the remaining contenders for the podium—just as in every race so far this season.
Geiger reached out his hand in victory as he passed Blin, who was no longer able to mount an attack. But in the end, the slipstreaming tactics once again worked in the Ducati rider’s favor, albeit by a margin of just 0.051 seconds. But it was business as usual: Blin won ahead of Geiger and Lehmann. Although the latter would never have thought that his sluggish pace would persist throughout the entire race. The Dresden native has now secured four podium finishes in four races. However, it was clear to see that he wasn’t entirely satisfied with P3 in the long run. After his difficult last year, when he didn’t make it onto the podium even once, he has now rediscovered his joy in racing—but not in P3.

Swiss rider Marcel Brenner had formed a Ducati one-two at the start of the race alongside his teammate Daniel Blin, but was unable to keep up with the four-time winner for long. In the final meters, he was also overtaken by the top Honda rider in the field, Marvin Siebdrath. The Saxon from MCA Racing confirmed his result from the previous day with a fourth-place finish. Almost simultaneously, his teammate Julius Ahrenkiel-Frellsen overtook the spirited Luca Göttlicher on the only MV Agusta in the field. “Lucky Luc” had made his season debut in Brno and breathed new life into the F3 800RR.
Freddie Heinrich (Kawasaki Weber) scored zero points. The “Saxon Turbo” had crashed during practice. His injuries were minor: a mild concussion and some back pain. The motorcycle, however, was badly damaged and not ready for the first race. Taking all factors into account, the team decided not to compete in the second race either. Freddie Heinrich will return in top form in four weeks at Most, Czech Republic.
