The final date on the International German Motorcycle Championship (IDM) calendar, which had previously been left open, has now been confirmed. Motor Presse Stuttgart, the series’ organizer and promoter, has reached an agreement with the Red Bull Ring. For the penultimate event of the season, the IDM will make a guest appearance on the high-speed circuit in Styria from September 2–4, 2022. After a seven-year hiatus, the championship celebrated its return to the track this year.
In preparation for the 2022 season, the IDM organization, in collaboration with training event organizer Bike Promotion, is offering several test days in Spain. Spots have been reserved at Motorland Aragón from March 14–16, followed by the IDM’s major spring training session for the solo classes in Valencia from March 18–20. At the Grand Prix circuit on Spain’s southeast coast, the focus will be not only on lap times but also on the first photo sessions and interviews in preparation for the upcoming season.
