EURO MOTO: Maximilian Graf von Saurma-Jeltsch Takes the Helm

With Maximilian Graf von Saurma-Jeltsch, Motor Presse Stuttgart has brought on board a specialist from within its own ranks.

EURO MOTO is setting the stage for its next phase of development: Maximilian Graf von Saurma-Jeltsch will take over as the series’ sporting and organizational director starting in July 2026. The current series manager, Normann Broy, will transition to an advisory role and permanently relocate to the United States to be with his family.

With Max von Saurma-Jeltsch, Motor Presse Stuttgart is welcoming an experienced motorsports and events expert from within its own ranks. Since 2022, he has successfully driven key training programs such as the advanced training course on the Nordschleife and the MOTORRAD actionteam. As a certified master automotive technician and mechatronics engineer, Saurma-Jeltsch brings with him many years of experience in the
automotive industry—including as a production and workshop manager in the Porsche environment.

He gained hands-on racing experience as an active rider in the Nürburgring Endurance Championship, making him ideally qualified for his new role. The focus of the coming phase will be on taking EURO MOTO to the next level in collaboration with partners, associations, and teams, further expanding its international reach, and strengthening its position as a platform for top-tier motorcycle racing and a key development sport for young talent.

In addition to further developing the sporting and strategic aspects of the series, the internal organization is also being specifically strengthened: Nadine Erdle has been part of the EURO MOTO team for many years and will now take on a central role as team leader in the operational and organizational development of the series. With her many years of experience, she not only ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day operations but also works with the team to lay the groundwork for the next phase of growth and
internationalization for EURO MOTO.

Motor Presse Stuttgart would like to thank Normann Broy for his personal dedication and his significant contributions to the series’ development. His pivotal role in establishing the International German Motorcycle Championship (IDM) as a premier championship and in strengthening it for the long term has laid a solid foundation for the next phase of development under the EURO MOTO brand.

Bert Brandenburg, Head of Events at Motor Presse Stuttgart: “Normann Broy has played a decisive role in further developing the IDM through his great personal dedication, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to him for that.
