Die EURO MOTO stellt die Weichen für die nächste Entwicklungsstufe: Maximilian Graf von Saurma-Jeltsch übernimmt ab Juli 2026 die sportliche und organisatorische Leitung der Serie. Der bisherige Serienmanager Normann Broy wechselt in eine beratende Rolle und verlegt seinen Lebensmittelpunkt dauerhaft zu seiner Familie in die USA.
Mit Max von Saurma-Jeltsch übernimmt ein erfahrener Motorsport- und Eventexperte aus den eigenen Reihen der Motor Presse Stuttgart. Seit 2022 treibt er zentrale Trainingsformate wie das Perfektionstraining auf der Nordschleife sowie das MOTORRAD actionteam erfolgreich voran. Als gelernter Kfz-Meister und Mechatroniker bringt Saurma-Jeltsch langjährige Erfahrung aus der
Fahrzeugindustrie mit – unter anderem als Produktions- und Werkstattleiter im Porsche-Umfeld.
Persönliche Rennpraxis sammelte er als aktiver Fahrer in der Langstreckenmeisterschaft am Nürburgring und bringt damit ideale Voraussetzungen für seine neue Rolle mit. Der Fokus der kommenden Phase liegt auf dem nächsten Level der EURO MOTO gemeinsam mit den Partnern, den Verbänden und Teams, der weiteren Internationalisierung sowie der Stärkung als Plattform für einen erstklassigen Motorrad-Spitzen- und wichtigen Nachwuchssport.
Neben der sportlichen und strategischen Weiterentwicklung wird auch die interne Organisation gezielt gestärkt: Nadine Erdle ist seit vielen Jahren Teil des EURO MOTO-Teams und übernimmt künftig als Teamleader eine zentrale Rolle in der operativen und organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung der Serie. Mit ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung sichert sie nicht nur die reibungslose Umsetzung im Tagesgeschäft, sondern schafft gemeinsam mit dem Team die Voraussetzungen für die nächste Wachstums- und
Internationalisierungsphase der EURO MOTO.
Die Motor Presse Stuttgart dankt Normann Broy für seinen persönlichen Einsatz und sein prägendes Engagement zur Weiterentwicklung der Serie. Sein maßgeblicher Beitrag, die Internationale Deutsche Motorradmeisterschaft (IDM) als herausragende Meisterschaft zu etablieren und nachhaltig zu stärken, bildet ein starkes Fundament für die nächste Entwicklungsstufe unter der Marke EURO MOTO.

Leadership Transition at Motorcycle Racing Series EURO MOTO:
Maximilian Graf von Saurma-Jeltsch to Assume Series Leadership from July 2026
EURO MOTO is setting the course for its next stage of development: Maximilian Graf von Saurma-Jeltsch will assume sporting and organizational leadership of the series effective July 2026. Outgoing Series Manager Normann Broy transitions into an advisory role and will permanently relocate to be with his family in the United States.
With Max von Saurma-Jeltsch, an experienced motorsport and events expert from within Motor Presse Stuttgart’s own ranks takes the helm. Since 2022, he has successfully advanced key training formats, including the “Perfektionstraining” (an advanced driving masterclass) on the Nordschleife and the MOTORRAD actionteam (a provider of motorcycle trainings, guided tours and track esperiences). A qualified automotive master technician and mechatronics engineer, Saurma-Jeltsch brings extensive
industry experience — including roles as Production and Workshop Manager within the Porsche automotive sector. He has gained personal racing experience as an active competitor in the Nürburgring Endurance Championship, providing an ideal foundation for his new position.
The focus of the coming phase will be on advancing EURO MOTO to the next level in close collaboration with partners, federations, and teams, further expanding the series internationally, and strengthening its position as a premier platform for top-tier motorcycle racing and vital talent development.
Alongside sporting and strategic development, internal organizational structures will also be purposefully reinforced: Nadine Erdle, a long-standing member of the EURO MOTO team, will take on a central role as Team Leader, driving the operational and organizational advancement of the series. Drawing on her extensive experience, she will not only ensure seamless day-to-day execution but will work alongside the team to create the conditions necessary for EURO MOTO’s next phase of growth and internationalization.
