Julius Caesar Rörig has lost his tenth-place finish in the IDM Supersport. This is the outcome of the DMSB Appeals Court’s ruling following technical complaints regarding the MCA Racing rider’s Honda from last season.

At the IDM event in Oschersleben in early July 2025, IDM technicians determined that the engine seal was not intact. According to the regulations, this results in the disqualification of all races in which the engine in question was used. In the case of Dirk Geiger, who later became IDM runner-up and also drove for MCA Racing, this was the first race in Most, Czech Republic. He had 25 points deducted.

However, his 19-year-old teammate Julius Caesar Rörig was to have all his previous race results revoked because he was still using his first engine at that point. The team filed an appeal, which has now been rejected by the DMSB Appeals Court. As a result, Rörig loses 37 points and drops to 16th place in the overall standings.
