The Dutch team SWPN is gearing up for the new season in the International German Motorcycle Championship (IDM). Supported by Yamaha Motor Europe’s Benelux branch and as a proud partner of Stichting Zorgeloos Kind, the team will field a two-rider lineup. Austrian Jan Mohr will represent the team in the IDM Superbike class. Dutch rider Dylan Czarkowski will make his debut in the IDM Supersport class.

Jan Mohr, 26, will be racing on a Yamaha YZF-R1. The former BMW rider brings valuable expertise and speed to the team. In recent years, Mohr has demonstrated that he is a technically skilled rider who can compete with the fastest rivals.

Mohr will team up with Dutch talent Dylan Czarkowski. With an impressive track record and strong progress in previous championships, the 18-year-old will get the chance to prove himself in the prestigious IDM Supersport Championship on the Yamaha YZF-R in 2025. Czarkowski has been part of the Yamaha family for quite some time. In 2021, he won the Yamaha KicXstart R125 Cup and performed well in the Yamaha R3 bLU cRU Cup and, most recently, in the IDM Supersport 300. He finished fourth overall on the Yamaha YZF-R3 and was the only rider able to consistently break the prevailing KTM dominance.

There were also plans to continue with the Belgian rider Sasha De Vits. However, De Vits continued to struggle with persistent injuries last year and underwent another arm surgery this winter. Contrary to expectations, his recovery is taking longer than anticipated. It would be impossible for him to compete in the IDM Supersport series without proper preparation. De Vits is focusing entirely on his rehabilitation this year.
