The IDM organization, the teams, riders, friends, and fans paid tribute to the late Leon Langstädtler with a minute of silence on the start-finish straight at the Hockenheimring. The 24-year-old from Idstein was killed in a crash during free practice in the Superbike class. Track marshals, emergency responders, and BMC Hockenheim also paid their last respects to the rider from the ADAC Hessen-Thüringen e.V. / F73 Academy / Werk 2 Racing Team by MCA.
