Many former Yamaha R6 Cup riders have found a new home in the DMSB Superstock 600 Cup following the discontinuation of their series. Their desire to continue racing in the familiar IDM environment was unmistakable.
Of course, Supersport from the other IDM partner brands are also permitted, such as a Honda CBR 600 RR or a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R. Compared to the IDM Supersport class, fewer modifications are allowed to the motorcycle in the Superstock 600 class. Both categories race in the same field but are scored separately.
