Max Enderlein (M32 Racing) remains undefeated. He also won the fourth race of the season in the IDM Supersport. Andreas Kofler (Kawasaki Schnock Team Motorex) tried to beat him, but was overtaken by rookie Luca de Vleeschauwer (Kawasaki Weber-Motos Racing).

They came back from the first lap in perfect formation: Max Enderlein, Andreas Kofler, Milan Merckelbagh, Jan-Ole Jähnig, Melvin van der Voort, Luca de Vleeschauwer, Chris Beinlich, and Twan Smits. Merckelbagh had catapulted himself far up the field right from ninth position.
Van der Voort and Beinlich didn’t make it back from the second lap. They left a thick cloud of dust off the track.

Meanwhile, de Vleeschauwer, who had dropped out of the first run, picked up speed until he finally passed Merckelbagh. In the end, a lone trio remained at the front, consisting of Enderlein, Kofler, and the 19-year-old Belgian de Vleeschauwer. Just as in the first race, everything pointed to Kofler making a move for his first victory. But to everyone’s great surprise, de Vleeschauwer instead pulled past Kofler himself in a razor-thin passing maneuver.

Max Enderlein thus remained undefeated once again and has already opened up a 40-point lead over Kofler in the overall standings. The Saxon from Hohenstein-Ernstthal smiled mischievously: “Yeah, what can I say?” At the same time, he expressed regret over the absence of top rider Thomas Gradinger. The former World Championship rider from Austria would have been among the leaders, but his highside during the formation lap of the first race had consequences. Gradinger stood at the pit wall with his hand in a cast. The spoke is broken.
