The trip to the Schleizer Dreieck was a complete success for KTM junior Jan-Ole Jähnig (Freudenberg WorldSSP Team). He also won the second race of the weekend on the natural-terrain track. The World Championship rider was in top form during his one-off appearance—which he makes whenever the event doesn’t conflict with the World Championship. Second place went to Dutch rider Victor Steeman (Multi Tracker Racing). The championship leader is thus back on track for the title after scoring only three points yesterday. Steeman crashed on Saturday, pulled into the pits, and returned to the track to at least minimize the damage. He was still experiencing pain in his arm today, but that didn’t stop him from closing in on Jähnig more and more. A victory wasn’t in the cards today for Steeman—who was racing at the Schleizer Dreieck for the first time and raved about the spectators—after the 49.47-kilometer race.

There was a fierce battle for third place, which delighted the spectators. Maximilian Kappler (Freudenberg WorldSSP Team) had to Toni Erhard (Kiefer Racing) Make way for the player who also finished in third place. Max Schmidt (GAP Racing) He was also in contention, but he messed up his charge to the front on his own in the sixth lap. Just like the day before, Schmidt crashed out of the race. However, he picked up his KTM RC390R and rejoined the field in twelfth place.

Kappler briefly returned to third place, but then dropped to sixth as Dion Otten (Dion #66 Otten Racing) became increasingly involved in the battle. Otten is the only Honda rider in the field. The “Flying Dutchman” finished fifth in the end. Troy Beinlich, one of two Kawasaki riders, led the next group of contenders in sixth place. And Max Schmidt also moved up one spot to finish eleventh.
